At first the team played with many ideas for projects. We conducted a mind map and visited the Science Gallery for inspiration. Here were all of our ideas, including our final one!

During our research stage our team explored ‘PERFECTON’ at Trinity Colleges Science gallery – an intriguing collaboration focused on a blend of scientific experimentation and creative expression.
Lucy McRae and Niels Wouters Biometric Mirror facilitated our team’s creative process in the creation of the caring Koala. Although the Biometric Mirror is based upon computer generated algorithms to make judgements regarding possible personality traits, the direct interaction and dance between technology and our emotional state created many thoughts for our team.
Matt McMullan’s most advanced robotic companions “Hamony” added to our teams interest, in how utilizing Artificial Intelligence, science and technology may be utilized to potentially enhance our human experience.
